Louise Aries
Louise has an unusual combination of HR Service delivery experience from both an in-house and a professional services perspective.
Louise has set up, transformed and operated UK and European HR Shared Services.
The scope of these services included recruitment, workforce administration, learning administration, call centres for query resolution, pension scheme administration as well as systems, projects & change and governance and analytics.
Louise has also led the operational delivery of pensions administration, benefits administration, HR administration and Finance and Accounting on a outsourced services basis for a leading professional services firm as well as managing a number of major HR Outsourcing clients.
These services were delivered via a a combination of on shore, near shore and far shore teams using all of the major HR technologies. Louise has also been involved in the architecture for second generation HR outsourcing contracts.
In her in-house capacity Louise has also contract managed the services provided by a leading outourced IT service provider.
As European HR Service Delivery Director, Louise has recently completed a HR transformation programme for a leading the European division of a Global Financial Services organisation. This included:

Deploying the latest Cloud based HR Technology (Workday) as a single instance to 13 countries in Europe (Czech, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey, UAE, UK) including designing European wide common processes;

Modernising recruitment practices and setting the global recruitment strategy;

Leveraging the purchasing power with suppliers across Europe and with the help of the Procurement team putting in place PSLs;

Reviewing the global payroll marketplace and recommending the payroll strategy;
