Penelope

Penelope has a proven track record in leading, designing and implementing business change programmes in both expanding and reducing businesses. Penelope has managed a number of programmes involving complex process redesign, business transformation, organisational alignment, transition, outsourcing and off shoring. She is able to bring a unique combination of business acumen, operational excellence, strategy and innovation from a hands-on perspective, with the ability to deliver as well as define the overall change agenda.

Her experience spans all aspects of operational, change, client and people management across the Financial Services Industry, specifically, Life, Pensions and Mortgages.

Penelope has recently led a business transformation programme for a global asset manager that included developing an Employer Savings proposition, incorporating multiple savings vehicles and development, as well as deployment of a scalable operation capable of supporting the forthcoming legislative changes, specifically Auto Enrolment.

The key deliverables being:

  • A proposition and product suite to support current and future Employers needs and requirements;
  • A scalable end to end operational and organisational model;
  • A technology solution that meets the needs of the existing client base as well as the future aspirations of the business;
  • A change to improve programme focused on a cultural shift to a customer focused delivery model;
  • A take to market strategy ensuring buy in and exposure by the key influencers both internally and externally.

In a previous organisation Penelope was responsible for the design and implementation of an European change programme to align all European locations in terms of organisational design, operational excellence and sales/growth strategy.

The key deliverables being:

  • Strategic design and deployment of standard delivery model for benefits outsourcing;
  • Design and implementation of operational management metrics across Europe;
  • Transformation of operational processing and transition of new and existing clients into the delivery model including off-shoring;
  • Communication of operational vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders and business partners;
  • Identification, development and retention of key talent across Europe, including leadership succession planning.
